As Senior Director of Talent, Inclusion, and Employee Brand and Global Head of Early Careers at Aptiv, she oversees strategic programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent globally, including Aptiv's global early careers programs and university partnerships.
Under her leadership, Aptiv has strengthened its position as an employer of choice while aligning workforce initiatives with its mission of creating a safer, greener, and more connected world. Her expertise in strategic development of emerging markets is informed by her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and Bachelor of Arts in International Comparative Studies from Duke University.
