Mariam El Aichaoui
Founder of HACK the Future of Work
Bio
Mariam El Aichaoui is the Head of the UM6P Career Center and the Founder of HACK the Future of Work.
An engineer by training and ecosystem builder by mission, she designed the UM6P Career Center from scratch, pioneering a systemic model of career-readiness that fuses education, industry collaboration, civic leadership, and global exposure.
At the heart of her work is a simple conviction: the future shouldn’t be predicted — it should be hacked, built, and owned by those who will live it.
Through HACK the Future of Work, Mariam pushes students, industry leaders, and institutions to co-design new systems, challenge obsolete models, and drive the next shift.
Rooted in Africa, reaching globally, she is part of a generation shaping the future by building momentum — not waiting for it.
My vision
I believe the future must be designed with the next generation, not for them. Through HACK the Future of Work, we create the space where students, industry, and institutions co-design the systems they will live and lead in. Career-readiness isn’t about adapting to change — it’s about building it.
